Palm River Pizza, 6202 Palm River Road, Tampa, was cited for 15 violations on April 19, including wall stained and soiled in various locations; employee with long fingernails working with exposed food; and single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled (operator touched his nose, then went back to handling food utensil).
